Philipp

Philipp studied anthropology and science of religion and spend more than 5 years in Asia. Mostly India where he met his first Guru Narmada Puri and got in touch with yoga for the first time. That was in 2002. Since then he learned from various teachers and different Yoga traditions and found his own way of practicing and sharing his experience. He is also a breathcoach (studied with Ralph Skuban) and a MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) teacher. He is sharing his knowledge in weekly classes and Yoga retreats.

Workshop: Asana to Pranayama

In this class, we start with fluid Asana-movements to connect inside and open up our body before we explore a variety of breathing-exercises (mostly Pranayama & Kriyas) and will end with silent meditation and Shavasana.
